Kids treated to Halloween party at PV library

About two dozen kids and their family members were treated to a Halloween party over the weekend during the Panther Valley's annual Children's Halloween party held at the library. Kimberly Cimerol, 11, receives a cup of orange punch from Panther Valley library volunteer Dawn Neyer.
