A son, Charlton James Garchinsky, was born at 2:11 p.m. on Aug. 23, 2012 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Lebanon to Dr. Christopher and Janet Garchinsky of Lebanon.

He weighed 9 pounds and measured 21.5 inches long.The new baby was welcomed home by his older sisters, Caroline, who is 3, and Maria, who is 2.Maternal grandparents are Christine and the late James E. Santore of Tamaqua.Paternal grandparents are Richard and Vail Garchinsky of Lebanon.
