    ANDREW LEIBENGUTH/TIMES NEWS Over 200 costumed children took part in the McAdoo Halloween parade held Sunday in McAdoo. Children were treated to snacks and prizes afterwards at the Keystone Fire Company. Organizers Mary Labert and Theresa Gronsky stated their appreciation to all the families that participated despite the scare of rain. Dalton Moyer, 5, dresses as a candy-covered Willy Wonka.
