Natonally known speakers scheduled for men's confab

Gus Lloyd, host of the nationally broadcast daily talk show, "Seize the Day" on Sirius XM Radio's The Catholic Channel and Deacon Harold Burke-Sivers, a nationally recognized evangelist and speaker from Portland, Ore., are two of the keynote speakers at this year's Allentown Diocesan Men's Conference.

"Fanning the Flame of Faith," is the title of the conference to be held Saturday, Nov. 17, at DeSales University. It begins with registration at 8 a.m. and will conclude with a 4:30 p.m. Mass celebrated by Bishop John Barres.

A priest of the diocese, Father Larry Hess, pastor of St. Anthony of Padua Church, Reading, and a well-known speaker on healing ministries, will also speak.
