Donahue was charged with one count each of weapons of mass destruction (a felony two), prohibited offensive weapons (a misdemeanor one), and recklessly endangering another person (a misdemeanor two).

He was arraigned before District Judge Anthony Fluegel, of Tobyhanna, and released on $10,000 unsecured bail. Police said they believe no one else was involved in the case.
