Complete with ghouling sounds, scary effects, strobe lights and dozens of costumed students, the former St. Kunegunda Church in McAdoo was transformed by faculty and students of the McAdoo Catholic School into a haunted house over the weekend.

Organizers stated it took a few weeks to set up the haunted house; adding their appreciations to all the faculty, staff, teachers and visitors that made the event a success.

Due to the event's overwhelming success, organizers have decided to extend their haunt one more day - Sunday, Oct. 28 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., right after the McAdoo community Halloween parade.
