Man facing assault count in McAdoo

A McAdoo man faces charges stemming from multiple reported domestic violence incidents.

Paul Sholtis, 32, of 145 E. Adams St., allegedly repeatedly punched, slapped, choked, struck and threatened his girlfriend from Oct. 4 through 10, when the woman reported the incidents to police.

Charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct, and harassment were filed Oct. 10 by Patrolman Jeffrey Tanner.
