of S.H. councilA special meeting of Summit Hill Borough Council will be held at 6:30 this evening in the borough hall.The meeting is listed for general purposes.Garbage collectionannouncementsBecause of Labor Day, there will be changes in the borough garbage collection next week.Gail Miller, assistant secretary of Summit Hill borough, said:Tuesday pickup will be on Wednesday.Wednesday pickup will be on Thursday.Also, the fall clean up dates have been announced.The clean up on the East Side of Summit Hill, along with Kneppers Trailer Court and East and West White Bear Drive, will be Oct. 17.On the west side of town, along with Laurel Drive and East and West Mountaintop Road, clean up will be on Oct. 23.
