October 10, 1965 - Scoring three times via the air, the Marian Colts rolled to their thirs straight win by shutting out Shenandoah Catholic 30-0. Of the five Marian TDs, none ere less than 15 yards. Dave Miot score twice. Once on a 77-yard run and agains on a 88-yard pass from Jim Shober. Shober also threw a 40-yard screen pass to Joe Colancecco for another score. Jim DeAngelo scored on a 28-yard pass from Den Boyle and Tom Bonner scampered 15-yards with a pass interception for another Colt TD. Milot finished the game as the top Marian rusher with 141 yards on nine carries.
