Thomas Edwin Kram, 31, of Albrightsville, was issued a citation for harassment by state police at the Lehighton barracks after an incident on Oct. 7 at 8:45 p.m.

The incident happened at 506 Blueberry Way, Saylorsburg. Police said the victim is Lisa reid, 33, of Saylorsburg.Police said the citation was issued as a result of an altercation between the two.
