Tuesday night, Rush Township Police, Tamaqua Police and the Schuylkill County Drug Task Force arrested Amber L. Mummert, 26, and Christopher C. Fetter, 23, both of Tamaqua, on charges of delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent deliver, unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

Fetter also was charged with criminal use of communication facility. Both were taken into custody in the Boyers Food Market parking lot in Tamaqua. Both were arraigned on before Magisterial District Judge Anthony J Kilker, Shenandoah. Bail was set at $40,000 for Mummert and $50,000 for Fetter. Not able to post the 10 percent, both are currently locked up in the Schuylkill County prison.
