Post office is spray-painted

State police at Lehighton are investigating an incident in which a U.S. Post Office was spray painted.

Troopers said the incident occurred at the Kunkletown Post Office, located at Sherwood and Green drives, in Polk Township. Community mailboxes at the site were spray-painted. The incident occurred sometime between Sept. 25 at 3 p.m. and Sept. 26 at 11 a.m.

Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call troopers at 610-377-4270.
