Tamaqua man facing charges

A Tamaqua man was arrested by Rush Township police after allegedly burglarizing the Beacon Diner.

Ronald W. Musselman, 29, allegedly entered the restaurant, located at the intersection of state routes 309 and 54, at 9:24 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 21. A total of $221 was reportedly removed from the diner.

Musselman will be charged with felony counts of burglary and criminal trespass, as well as misdemeanor counts of theft and receiving stolen property.
