Three Tamaqua men are facing charges related to retail thefts at the Hometown Commons Walmart.

Eric T. Culpepper, 27, is facing charges of retail theft, criminal conspiracy to commit theft and theft by deception, while Keith D. Neff, 29, and Ronald W. Musselman, 29, face charges of criminal conspiracy.The trio is being charged in connection with the theft of PS3 game controllers, which were then taken to the Game Stop in Hometown as returned merchandise.
