Lehighton capped an outstanding season with a 6-0 victory over Jim Thorpe.

The Indians, under head coach Rick Bennett, finished with a 9-1 record.

The game's only score came in the opening quarter when Lehighton's Seth Keiser recovered a fumble and Cody Scherer hit Gavin Zehner with a 32 yard touchdown strike.

The Indian defense allowed just two first downs in the game. Matt Strubinger's fourth quarter seeled the victory for Lehighton, which allowed only 38 points all season.
