Bertsch St.; Christine Schweibinz, 55, 44 Jones St., Lansford: Obedience to traffic control devices on April 16 at 4:44 p.m. at Patterson and Springgarden streets; Erica Dolan, 23, 301 N. Lehigh St., Tamaqua: Accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle or property on March 6 at 7:30 p.m. on the 300 block of W. Ridge Street.Nontraffic citations were issued to: Michelle Merz, 22, 232 E. Abbott St., Lansford: Retail theft on April 15 AT 10:40 a.m. at Boyer's; Robin Hosier, 39, 220 E. Snyder Ave., Lansford: Public drunkenness on April 6 at 8:20 p.m. at Boyer's; Bertha Card, 48, 115 E. Patterson St., Lansford: Disorderly conduct on April 4 at 8:26 a.m. at Patterson and Jones streets; Christopher Serina, 52, 42 Leisenring St., Lansford: Public drunkenness on April 11 at 8:09 p.m. on Ridge and Springgarden streets; Jodi Gaffney, 26, 9 Tunnel St., Lansford: Harassment on May 4 at 1 p.m. at 9 Tunnel St.; Frank Mastrangelo, 55, 430 E. Bertsch St., Apt. 412, Lansford: Harassment on May 16 at 7:45 a.m. at 541 E. Abbott St.; Ingrid Eichman, 47, 305 W. Abbott St., Lansford: Violation of health and safety by failing to vaccinate her dog, issued on March 25 at 10:15 p.m. on West Abbott Street.Also, a male juvenile from Lansford was cited for harassment as a result of an incident which occurred on May 5 at 6:50 p.m. at Powell and Patterson streets.
