May 26, 1952 Bob Andrews earns the pitching win and collects two hits at the plate to help Lehighton post a 9-3 legion victory over Tamaqua. Andrews scatters six hits, allows two walks and strikes out seven in his eight innings of work. Bob Zellner contributes two hits, one a solo homer, and scores three runs. The winners, coached by "Moose" Kunkle, also receive a pair of hits from Earl Knappenberger and three runs scored from Jack Mullen.
