Theft incidents

State police at Hazleton reported on two theft incidents occurring in Carbon County.

Troopers said a 1992 Ford F150 pickup truck was entered while parked at 2 Banks Avenue, in Banks Township, and removed was the stereo system.

The truck is owned by Fimbel Architectural Doors Inc., of McAdoo. The theft occurred sometime between 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 12, and 12:30 p.m. on Sunday.

Troopers said unknown persons syphoned fuel from two vehicles parked along Evergreen Lane, in Lausanne Township.

The theft occurred sometime between April 28 and Saturday, May 12.

Troopers said the owner of the two vehicles is from Weatherly, but declined to identify him.
