Retail theft arrests in Rush Township
Rush Township police have identified the suspects in two recent retail thefts in the township.
A 17-year-old female from Jim Thorpe will be charged with retail theft after she allegedly removed merchandise valued at $24.99 from the store, located in the Hometown Commons Mall. The incident took place on April 17.
Two Hazleton residents will be charged after they allegedly stole merchandise from the Hometown Commons Wal-Mart on April 24. Heather S. Wright, 23, removed merchandise valued at $52, while Charles A. Blake Jr., 23, stole merchandise valued at $579, police said. Both will be cited for retail theft.
