With spring and summer blooming in mid-March, allergists say this year could be among the worst for allergy sufferers with itchy eyes, watery eyes, sneezing and head congestion. In Washington, D. C., cherry blossoms are blooming one month early, throwing a wrench into plans for the Cherry Blossom 100th Anniversary celebration, where a centennial parade is set for mid-April.
