Monroe stabbing being probed
A stabbing incident in Monroe County is being probed.
Pocono Mountain Regional police said they responded to 2435 Winding Way, in Tobyhanna, about 8:36 a.m. on Tuesday, March 13, for a report of a assault involving some type of knife/cutting instrument.
On scene officers were told by Robert Keegan, 45, of that address, that he was attacked by Morris M. Clark Jr., 26, of Tobyhanna. Police said witnesses told them that Clark arrived at the scene and immediately began slashing at Keegan with a sharp object.
Keegan was transported to the Pocono Medical Center, East Stroudsburg, where he had 10 stitches applied to his chin and eight to his neck area.
Clark was later contacted by police and told a warrant was being issued for his arrest. The investigation into the incident is continuing, police said.
