PennDOT tractor damaged in Schuylkill

About $3,500 worth of damage was done to a tractor owned by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation last week.

Schuylkill Haven State Police said an unknown actor smashed a rear window and two side windows of a blue 2007 New Holland Brush Hog tractor owned by PennDOT at Dad Burnham Road and Wild Cherry Road, Washington Township sometime between 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 6 and 10 a.m. Friday, March 9.

PennDOT had left the tractor at the intersection between mowing jobs.

The unknown actor fled the scene in an unknown direction.
