Vehicle break-in, mischief incidents
State police at Schuylkill Haven are investigating a vehicle break-in and two criminal mischief incidents occurring in Schuylkill County.
Troopers said the 2005 GMC Envoy of Amber Laudeman, 25, of Minersville, was entered while parked at 700 Lytle St., Branch Township. Removed from the vehicle was a Garmin GPS and a Ruger .40-caliber pistol The incident occurred sometime between Saturday, June 23, at 8 p.m. and Sunday at 5:20 a.m.
Keith Schwenk, 41, of Schuylkill Haven, reported someone slashed two tires on his vehicle when it was parked next to Hoy's Used Cars, in Cressona. The incident occurred sometime between 7:45 a.m. and 4:15 p.m. on June 21.
Troopers said someone threw multiple rocks at a construction vehicle damaging two front windshields. The vehicles, owned by Kinsley Construction Company, of York, were parked along SR4022 at a bridge construction site in Eldred Township. The incident occurred sometime between 7 p.m. on June 21, and 6 a.m. on June 22.
