State police at Lehighton are investigating a theft, fraud and forgery incident.

Troopers said Metro Tek, of Kunkletown, reported it shipped two orders of solar panels to a location along Church Road, in Eldred Township, Monroe County, during the period May 23-31, after receiving a credit card payment. It was later determined that the payments were made with a fraudulent credit card account. The value of the panels was listed at $49,360.
