Published June 14. 2012 05:01PM

A Lehigh County woman died in a two-vehicle crash Wednesday in front of the Lower Macungie Middle School.

State police at Fogelsville said Judith Lynn Perrin, 67, of Macungie, was operating a 2005 Chrysler Town & Country westbound while Brandi L. Kralik, 41, of Emmaus, was driving a 2004 Pontiac Grand Am eastbound about 3:02 p.m. when, for unknown reasons, Perrin crossed over into the eastbound lane and collided into Kralik's vehicle.

Kralik was pronounced dead at the scene by deputy coroner David Krause. An autopsy is scheduled to determine the exact cause of death.

Perrin and her passenger, Kristine Lynn Perrin, 42, of Macungie, and passengers with Kralik - Ciera Destiny Bellsfield, 19, and two males, ages 10 and 16, all of Emmaus - were all taken to the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township, for treatment.

Troopers said the two Perrins' and the 10-year-old sustained major injuries while the injuries the 16-year-old and Bellsfield were termed moderate.

Troopers ask anyone who might have witnessed the crash to call them at 610-395-1438.
