Eight young men and woman officially became members of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church during the confirmation ceremony held Trinity Sunday, June 3, at the Tamaqua church. With Interim Pastor Jeffrey Kistler and confirmation supervisor Deb Davies are, front row from left, Kelsey Zamudio, Nathan Gerace, Michael Lacy and Amber Linkhorst; and back row, Zackary Moyer, Michael Frederick, Jonathan Hadesty and Kyle Oliphant. The new members and their families were guests at a reception in Zion's Gathering Room following the service.
