A Lehigh County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence following an incident that occurred at 2:10 a.m. on Saturday.

Upper Macungie Township police said Vanessa Partington, 47, of 9000 block of Danner Road, New Tripoli, was stopped for a traffic violation along Main Street at Church Street in Fogelsville.At the stop she showed signs of intoxication and was placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI. Charges will be filed, police said.
