Although swimming is not allowed, a group of students from Pleasant Valley High School, top, enjoy the beautiful weather and the scenic view while playing a game of football on the beach at Beltzville Lake Thursday. Despite numerous signs stating "No Swimming," bottom, approximately 30 people were seen swimming in Beltzville Lake at the time of this photo. The beach was closed to swimming as of Wednesday afternoon due to high bacterial counts in the water, which were revealed from testing conducted on May 29. The beach will reopen for swimming once the readings come down to a suitable level.
