Possession of drug paraphernalia

A Lansford man was charged with multiple offenses after police discovered marijuana during a traffic stop.

According to Summit Hill police, on March 10, at 9:25 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle because the lights above the license plate were not working.

Upon investigation, it was learned that the driver, Carl Kopack, 44, of 114 W. Patterson St., was driving under the influence and had drug paraphernalia in his possession.

He was charged with two counts DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia.
