A daughter, Sophia Alexis Beegle, was born at 6:35 a.m. on May 14, 2012 at Chambersburg Hospital, Chambersburg, Pa., to Kristin (Laubach) and Stephen Beegle of Chambersburg.

She weighed 5 pounds, 12 ounces and measured 19.5 inches long.Maternal grandparents are Susan Z. Laubach of Boyertown, formerly of Tamaqua, and the late Tim Laubach Sr.Paternal grandmother and stepgrandfather are Susan and Fred Lang of Palmyra, Va. The paternal grandfather is Jim Beegle of Chambersburg.
