Two Carbon County commissioners left for Washington on a flight out of the Carbon County Airport at 10:30 a.m. today. With Albert U. Koch, board chairman, and James Walker, minority commissioner, are Mrs. Agnes McCartney, executive director of the county planning commission, and Joseph P. Orsulak, chief clerk to the commissioners. The commissioners accepted an invitation from President Richard Nixon to attend a briefing on federl flood relief measures. The briefing will be held in the White House.
