A son, Mark Luke DeMatto Jr., was born at 3:42 a.m. on Jan. 20, 2012 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest Blvd., Allentown, to Trish and Mark DeMatto of Summit Hill.

He weighed 7 pounds, 5 ounces and measured 21 inches long.Maternal grandparents are Ann and George Nalesnik of Nesquehoning. Paternal grandparents are Aurelia and Donald DeMatto of Summit Hill.Maternal great-grandmother is Eileen Bonner of Nesquehoning.
