Retail theft incidents in Rush
Rush Township police recently cited several people for shoplifting from the Hometown Commons Wal-Mart.
Dennis Fernandez, 31, of Hazleton, was cited for retail theft and receiving stolen property after allegedly stealing merchandise (electronics) valued at $1,746.20. The incident took place on Dec. 27.
On Jan. 7, officers cited Jerrica D. Spiker, 19, of Sugarloaf; Sara Gallagher, 18, of Hazle Township; and a 15-year-old female from McAdoo for taking merchandise from the store. The incident took place at 9:28 p.m.
