Two placements at a juvenile camp in Penn Forest Township, fled the facility but were later caught.

State police at Lehighton said Louis Santana, 18, of Wilkes-Barre, and a male juvenile from Kingston, left Camp Adams on Sunday, Jan. 15, about 4:30 p.m. without permission. They were later found near the Alpine Bakery in the township and returned to the camp. The camp is a Youth Services facility used by county courts in the commonwealth for juveniles who have been adjudicated delinquent on criminal charges.The two will be charged with escape, troopers added.
