State police at the Fogelsville barracks said a Bath man will be cited as a result of a one-vehicle accident at 3:31 p.m. Jan. 12 on State Route 100 in Upper Milford Township.

Police said Paul A. Haldaman, 61, will be cited.

He was driving a 2008 Chevrolet Colorado northbound and was negotiating a right curve in the roadway when he lost control of the vehicle on the wet road surface.

Police said the vehicle traveled to the right roadside and struck a wall,

It then disengaged from the wall and traveled back into the northbound lane, traveled northwest across the southbound land and struck an embankment.

No one was injured in the crash.

The vehicle sustained disabling damages and was towed from the scene.
