Three New Jersey men were jailed earlier this week in Carbon County to theft and drug counts. State police at Lehighton said the incident occurred at the Blue Mountain Ski Resort in Lower Towamensing Township, on Tuesday, Jan. 10.

About 8:10 p.m. troopers responded to a report of a theft at the ski resort. Through an investigation troopers learned that a snowboard and other items were stolen. A further investigation discovered a small clear plastic bag containing suspected marijuana.

Taken into custody were Joseph Italiano, of Mays Landing, Jared Quiles and Anthony Dabronzo, both of Egg Harbor City. They were charged with theft and drug counts and arraigned before duty District Judge Casmir T. Kosciolek, of Lansford, and committed to the county prison in Nesquehoning after failure to post bail.
