Nyegaard was cited for stop signs and yield signs, troopers said.

Troopers also reported that about 7:52 a.m. on Monday John Norton, of Blairstown, N.J., was driving a 2004 Honda Civic along SR115 in Ross Township, Monroe County, when he struck a deer. Norton was not injured, troopers said.
