Arrests reported

State police at Lehighton reported on the following arrests made by troopers.

Troopers said James Calven Robbins Jr., 38, of Polk Township, Monroe County, has been charged with harassment. Troopers allege that Robbins threatened Wendy Sue Robbins, 38, of Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County, and William T. Johnson Jr., 44, of Penn Forest Township. The incident occurred about 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 6, along Grassy Lane, in Polk Township.

Robert Vincent Toth, 47, of New Jersey, has been charged with harassment. He allegedly threatened Piotr Dubicki, 37, at her residence at 4366 Greenwood Drive, in Polk Township. The incident occurred about 4:30 p.m. on Friday.

Troopers said Dominick Manno, 21, of Rosehaven, N.J., and Nichole Rouse, 20, of Bridgeton, N.J., were charged with theft. They allegedly sole a set of skis owned by James Gallagher, 49, of Coatesville. The theft occurred about 2:45 p.m. on Dec. 29 at the Blue Mountain Ski Area in Lower Towamensing Township, Carbon County.
