A Luzerne County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence following an incident in Schuylkill County.

State police at Frackville said Miguel Angel Gutierrez, 25, of Hazleton, was observed driving a 2001 Ford Explorer Sport Trac eastbound on Route 54 at Stadium Road in Shenandoah at 1:05 a.m. on Sunday in an erratic manner, crossing the fog line and back across the center line multiple times.A traffic stop was made and Gutierrez was found to be under the influence. He failed field sobriety tests and was then taken to the barracks for a breath test. Charges will be filed.
