A vehicle sustained damage when it was struck by rocks thrown at it in Schuylkill County Friday evening.

A 2011 Freightliner Cascadia owned by National Freight Inc., of Vineland, N.J., was traveling south on SR0061 south of Coal Mountain Road in West Brunswick Twp. at around 7:35 p.m. when it was struck by two rocks that damaged both the truck cab and the Great Dane 53-inch trailer that it was pulling.The tractor trailer sustained scratches to the fiberglass on the passenger side of the cab, and also sustained a small dent on the passenger side of the trailer. Damage is estimated at $300.The rocks were thrown from the south bound side of SR0061 south of Coal Mountain Road.
