State police at the Fern Ridge barracks are investigating a burglary that was discovered at 10 a.m. Feb. 3 in Penn Forest Township.

The victim is Margie Parto of Brooklyn, N.Y.Police said someone entered her residence along Mansi Drive in the Indian Mountain Lakes development by forcing open the front door.Police said it is not known if anything was taken in the burglary.
