    ANDREW LEIBENGUTH/TIMES NEWS Santa Claus's sleigh was replaced with a fire truck as he arrived on an American Hose Company fire truck to the annual Children's Christmas Celebration held in the bay of their station. The celebration, which has been held every year since 1948, was open to the public and held free of charge. It also consisted of a visit and gift from Santa Claus, as well as free snacks and refreshements from local firefighters.

Santa Claus, along with his firefighter elves, made a special appearance during the American Hose Company's annual Children's Christmas Celebration held in the bay of their station. The celebration, which has been held every year since 1948, was open to the public and held free of charge. It also consisted of a visit and gift from Santa Claus, as well as free snacks and refreshements from local firefighters.
