Jennifer Kemmerle and Greg Steward are wed

Jennifer Robin Kemmerle, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Klotz of Jim Thorpe, and the late James Kemmerle and Rita Kemmerle of Summit Hill, became the bride of Greg Steward, son of Mr. and Mrs. Terry Steward of Lehighton, on Sept. 15, 2012 at Dinkey Memorial Church in Ashfield.

The Rev. Anthony Pagatto officiated the double ring ceremony. Cathy Smith was the organist.Given in marriage by her stepfather, William Klotz, the bride chose Nicole Reabold of Jim Thorpe to be her maid of honor. Jessica Cameron of Naples, Fla. was the matron of honor.Bridesmaids included Ashely Nase of Jim Thorpe; Janine Nolan of Drexel Hill; Laura Reynolds of Baltimore, Md.; Kristen Schrantz of Jim Thorpe; and Kristy Spariana of Bowmanstown, sister of the bridegroom.Junior bridesmaids were the bride's cousins, Chloe and Valerie Kruslicky of Summit Hill. Rylan Rogowitz of Jim Thorpe, goddaughter of the bride, was the flower girl.The bridegroom chose Eric Gunsser of Lehighton to perform the duties of best man.Ushers included Mike Kersmar of Palmerton, Brandon O'Donnell of Palmerton, Greg Vlossak of Palmerton, Bob Newton of Lehighton, Mike Spariana of Bowmanstown, and Joe Rogowitz of Palmerton.Junior ushers were Korey Spariana of Bowmanstown, nephew of the bridegroom; and Cody Steward of Palmerton, son of the bridegroom.The ring bearer was Collin Rogowitz of Jim Thorpe.The couple greeted family and friends at a reception held at Memorial Hall in Jim Thorpe. They honeymooned in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.Prenuptial parties for the couple included a bridal shower in August at the West End Fire Company in Palmerton, hosted by the bridal party and mothers of the bride and the bridegroom. A rehearsal dinner, hosted by the couple, was held at Molly Maquires Pub and Steakhouse in Jim Thorpe.The new Mrs. Steward is a 2001 graduate of Jim Thorpe Area High School and a 2006 graduate of Bloomsburg University where she earned a bachelor's degree in medical imaging. She also attended the Abington Memorial Hospital X-Ray School. She is employed by Lehigh Valley Hospital in the CT scan department.Mr. Steward is a 2000 graduate of Carbon County Area Vocational Technical School. He is employed by Meisner HVAC Services in Allentown.The newlyweds currently reside in Palmerton.
