Jamie Nicole Winters, 18, of Girardville, will be charged with hit-and-run by state police at the Frackville barracks as a result of an accident at 3:05 p.m. Dec. 19 on West Main Street in Girardville.

Police said she was driving a 1998 Saturn SI eastbound on Main Street when it struck the rear of a parked 1999 Ford F-150 that was legally parked. Police said she continued eastbound on Main Street, failing to stop after the crash.Police said she was uninjured.The Saturn sustained moderate damages while the F-150 had damage to its rear bumper and a scratch on the driver's side of the pickup bed.
