Shenandoah man to face DUI charge

Robert Seigel, 48, of Shenandoah, has been arrested by state police at the Frackville barracks for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Police said he was stopped at 6:47 p.m. Dec. 19 at the intersection of Route 924 and Cherry Street in Shenandoah for a traffic violation, after which time police determined he was under the influence.

The man submitted to a breath test at the state police barracks, the result which showed his BAC was over the legal limit.
