Lansford police responded to a motor vehicle crash involving two vehicles at 1:30 p.m. Dec. 10 at the intersection of Patterson and Springgarden streets.

A witness to the incident observed a vehicle being driven by Greg Hartman of Jim Thorpe traveling south on Springgarden Street, fail to stop for a red signal at the intersection with Patterson Street.Another vehicle, driven by Mike Frendak of Lansford, was traveling west on Patterson Street. Frendak had a green signal and entered the intersection and the crash occurred. Both vehicles were towed from the scene. No injuries were reported.
