Road rage incident leads to charges

A road rage incident in Schuylkill County led to charges against a county resident.

State police at Frackville said the incident was reported about 5:57 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 9, in the area of 310 Swatara Road, in West Mahanoy Township. Troopers said at that location Stephen Michael Zbyradowski, 32, and George Ronald Kosar Jr., 42, both of Shenandoah, got involved in a physical argument after a road rage incident that occurred along SR924.

During the altercation Kosar allegedly shoved Zbyradowski and struck him in the jaw. Kosar was cited for harassment.
