State police at Schuylkill Haven said Katelin Flamini, 22, of Schuylkill Haven, ran out of gas at the above stated location and called Detweiler's Towing, also of Schuylkill Haven, to the scene.

Detweiler employees provided Flamini with $20 worth of gas and a service charge of $20 for a total bill due of $40. Flamini advised Detweiler's employees that she would follow them back to their garage and wait for her mother to arrive to pay the bill.
