Woman, boy escapeinjury after rolling van

Susan Nalesnik, of Mahanoy City, and a 13 -year-old boy escaped serious injury after the van they were riding in rolled two times on Tuscarora Mountain Road in Hometown (Rush Township). Township police stated Nalesnik was traveling southeast when she lost control and then hit the rock embankment causing the van to flip and travel about 90 feet. Both were treated on scene and taken via ambulance to St. Luke's Hospital in Coaldale. Responding with police was the Ryan Township Rescue Squad. Investigating officer is officer Adam Sinton.
