Harrell was arrested by agents of the state Attorney General's Office for an incident at the Walmart store in Mahoning Township on July 27, 2011. He attempted to get the drug oxycodone with a forged prescription.

Nanovic also ordered Harrell to supply a DNA sample and pay the $250 fee, get a drug and alcohol evaluation and follow any recommendation for treatment, and apply for admittance to a inpatient rehabilitation program and successfully complete it if accepted.
